I'm not clear on the final little bit of your sentence, "which just one is definitely the best". I assumed it is comparable for the clause in "I am intending to deal with what they are", the buy of item and the verb is reversed (I forgot exactly what the grammatical expression is), "which a single will be the best" should instead be one thing like
